Non-member recognition of AACP accreditation

Pharmacists currently accredited with AACP who wish to have their accreditation recognised by SHPA without becoming a member can do so by completing this form.

Payment

You will be invoiced for the one-off payment of $390 (incl GST) required to transfer your AACP accreditation across to SHPA.
No further re-accreditation fees will be charged.

Privacy

SHPA will handle your information in line with its privacy policy.
SHPA will also provide your details to the administrator of MMR programs to facilitate payments.
