Due to our privacy policy, NZHPA members are required to formally request access to ANZCAP. By completing this survey, you agree to allow NZHPA to share required membership details with AdPha on behalf of ANZCAP. Once you have submitted this form, your ANZCAP access will be set up and you will be sent details on how to access the platform. Please note the Foundation Pathway for ANZCAP recognition has closed.
